Planning and Reflection Workshop in Dhaka

ALO organized a workshop with the sponsored students from eight federations in Dhaka under the project of Education for Empowerment 1st phase. A total of 19 participants attended the program. The workshop was led by the ALO project manager and focused on future plans for continuing the project, achievements over the past year, and how students can stay involved in activities.
The students shared that they had gained skills in teaching and learned about identifying leprosy cases. They also mentioned that the coaching support they provided was very helpful for learners. Since the coaching was free, many parents willingly sent their children to attend.
During the discussion, students shared some challenges they faced, mainly the lack of space for coaching in city areas. Many of them found it difficult to conduct sessions at home due to limited space.
The full-day workshop included group activities and discussions on how to continue supporting students even after the project ends. The participants explored ways to use the resources provided by ALO to continue teaching and helping their communities in the future.
