Training held with federation CRP and District Federation leaders in Cox’s Bazar

On Wednesday, Thursday, November 09-10, 2022, a training was organized with CRP and district federation leaders in the hall room of Hotel Royal Beach Resort, Cox’s Bazar.


The training program was organized by AEP Project, ‘The Leprosy Mission International Bangladesh.
The main objective of the workshop was to provide mental entertainment as well as training to the CRP and District Federation leaders.


The two-day program is structured around 3 themes, the first day on financial management, the second day on policy implementation and training on mental health.


At the beginning of the program Masuma Parvin, Project Manager of AEP Project greeted everyone and discussed about the training issues. He splits the two-day program to conduct the training in 3 sessions.
On the first day the financial management session was conducted by Mr. Nipu Barai, Accountant of AEP Project, The Leprosy Mission International-Bangladesh. He introduced the objectives, requirements, and various accounts in ledgers for proper maintenance of accounts of the Federation.


On the second day, the training session on Mental Health and Policy Implementation was conducted by Masuma Parveen, Project Manager and Mr. Noyel Toppa, Project Officer of AEP project. Training session on Federation’s Human Resource Management Policy was conducted by Mr. klinton Malakar, Project Officer of ALO-Society.

A total of 27 participants were present in the program and 2 of them were District Federation Leaders.
Participants attended the training from Moulvibazar, Sylhet, Habiganj and Kushtia.


On the last day of the two-day program, the participants were taken to visit various places of interest on the beach from half past noon on the 10th of November 2022.
