Two-day workshop on ALO Strategy Development held in Dhaka
The Two-day Workshop on ALO Society Strategy Development, held on December 01-02, 2023, at the YWCA Conference Room in Dhaka, marked a collaborative effort between The Leprosy Mission International Bangladesh and ALO Society, with support from The Leprosy Mission England and Wales. This significant initiative brought together representatives from 15 districts, totaling 26 attendees (17 male, 09 female), including ALO Society Committee members and field staff.
The workshop, inaugurated by the Chairman of ALO Society, extended a warm welcome to all participants and consultants. Notable figures present included Mr. Jiptha Boiragee, Program Support Coordinator at The Leprosy Mission International Bangladesh, Noyel Tappa, Project Officer at TLMI-B, and Klinton Malakar, Project Officer at ALO Society.
Mr. Mosharraf Hossain, Founding CEO, and Principal Consultant at Global Inclusion Consulting Ltd, facilitated the workshop, engaging participants in various group activities to stimulate collaboration and strategic thinking.
A key highlight of the workshop was the insightful contributions from field representatives, who provided a vivid description of ALO Society’s impactful works. These representatives took the opportunity to share their opinions and views on the ongoing ALO Strategy development. The interactive sessions allowed for a dynamic exchange of ideas, fostering a deeper understanding of the ALO’s mission and its strategic direction.
